My laptop overheated and shut off on July the 31st just before my regularly scheduled monthly backup. Fortunately the laptop restarted after it cooled down so nothing was lost. It made me wonder if monthly backup is frequent enough.
In the meantime if you haven`t done a backup to your hard drive lately do it now.
